Our Team

Management

Quality of life is just as important as quality of care in a skilled nursing facility – and we work hard to make sure that every patient is as happy and comfortable as possible. Every staff member on the floor and in the office knows each patient by name. They make eye contact as they greet them, and once a request is met, they ask if there is anything else they may need. If there is a request, the team member is then empowered to carry it through. We've found that with this kind of team member empowerment, patients have consistently shown greater motivation to reach their goals.

Renaissance Care Center also recognizes that our superior standard of healthcare depends on the knowledge, skills and attitudes of our direct staff. Our staff is required to meet continuing education requirements as we grow competencies and as new knowledge, technology and environmental changes occur and emerge.

This sense of family and caring permeates everything we do, and allows us to attract the most outstanding caregivers our community has to offer. Come and see if they can exceed your expectations!
